Delivery and collection

Collections are from Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City, Cnr Rivonia Boulevard and 9th Avenue, Rivonia, Sandton, opposite Newscafe Rivonia. Please wait for us to confirm that your order is ready before you travel, and call or WhatsApp to confirm opening times. Bring your quote or order reference and the name of the person collecting.

Delivery is arranged on request and quoted per job, based on the size, weight and number of packages and where the order is going. Tell us your delivery address and any access requirements when you request your quote so it can be included from the start.

Signs, wraps and displays may need installation. Where installation is part of the job, it is scoped and quoted after we understand the site, access, height and mounting surface. See signage manufacturing and rigging for what we can quote.

We pack orders to suit the product, whether that is boxed apparel, rolled banners or flat-packed boards. Please inspect your order on collection or delivery and report any issue immediately, with photos if possible, so we can resolve it quickly. Keep original packaging until you are satisfied.

Timing depends on product type, quantity, approved artwork, payment and our current workload. Where a deadline is tight, tell us at the start; we confirm what is realistic on the quote. Fast turnaround is subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline.
