How ordering with Corporate Swag works
Here is how ordering works: every order follows the same clear path of brief, written quote, artwork approval, production and collection or delivery. Knowing the steps in advance helps you plan internal approvals and avoid last-minute surprises.
How ordering works: briefing us properly
A good brief answers what, how many, by when and where. Include garment sizes or product dimensions, colours, positions for logos and whether you will supply artwork. If you are not sure which print or embroidery method suits your product, ask; the right method depends on fabric, logo detail and quantity. Use the quote form to attach files.
Proofs and approval
Before production we confirm artwork, either by showing a mock-up or proof or by confirming your supplied file is suitable. Please check spelling, logo versions, colours and sizes carefully; once you approve, the content is your responsibility. Colours on screen can differ slightly from printed or embroidered results, so tell us if an exact brand match matters. Our artwork guidelines explain what files work best.
Production and collection
Timing depends on the product, quantity and finishing. Fast turnaround is sometimes possible, and it is always subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. When your order is ready, we let you know. Check items on collection and raise any concerns straight away. See delivery and collection for more.

Payment terms are stated on your quote, which may include a deposit or full payment before production starts.
Will I see a proof?
Where a proof or mock-up is appropriate for the product, we send one for approval before production.
Can I visit during the process?
You are welcome to visit the shop to discuss your order. Please call ahead to confirm availability.
