A taller box gives more branding area but needs more space on the serving table, so think about how the boxes will be displayed.
Designing the box
The box is printed in full colour, so photographic and gradient designs are possible, not just a single-colour logo. Many clients use the front for the logo, the sides for a pattern or message, and the back for a social handle, event date or small print.

Ordering, approvals and collection
Send your logo and event details through the quote form. We confirm size, quantity, print coverage and timing on a written quote, and you approve a proof before anything is printed. Turnaround depends on quantity, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline, and urgent jobs are subject to capacity.
Boxes can be collected from our Rivonia shop once we confirm they are ready, or delivery can be arranged and quoted per job. Please check box count and print on collection. If you plan to use the boxes for a particular food product or setting, mention it so we can discuss suitability with you before ordering.

Can I order different sizes in one job?
Yes, list each size and quantity in your request and we will quote them together. Different sizes may use separate artwork versions, so say if the design changes.
Can I use a full-colour photo on the box?
Yes. Full colour printing handles photographs and gradients, provided your image is high resolution. Send the original file rather than a screenshot.
What do I need to send?
Your logo as a vector file if possible, the wording you want, your event date and the quantities. If you have no artwork, ask about design support.
Can the box be used for food?
Suitability for specific food types is assessed per job. Tell us what you plan to serve and how, and we will discuss it before you place an order.
Can I collect from your shop?
Yes, once we confirm the job is ready. Call or WhatsApp to confirm before visiting our Rivonia shop.
