Why embroidery for corporate wear
Embroidery stitches your logo into the garment with thread, which gives a textured, premium look that stays sharp through repeated washing. It is the standard choice for chest logos on golf shirts, jackets, fleeces, aprons and caps, and is widely used on staff uniforms. Thread colours can be matched to brand references, though available shades vary by thread range.
Digitising your logo
Before sewing, your logo must be digitised, which means translating artwork into stitch directions. Good digitising controls stitch type, direction, density and the order in which colours are sewn. Digitising is typically a one-off setup per design, and we keep the file for your reorders. Simple, bold logos digitise best; very small text and fine gradients may need adjusting. See artwork guidelines.
Same-day embroidery
Fast embroidery is possible on suitable jobs, particularly when you supply a clean vector logo, garments are ready and the quantity is manageable. Same-day work is subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline, and we confirm feasibility before you commit. For best chances, tell us your deadline at the start and bring or arrange garments early.
Garments and positions
We embroider polos, shirts, jackets, hoodies, aprons, bags and caps, including customer-supplied items where the fabric allows. Typical positions are left chest, sleeve, back and cap front. Very thin, stretchy or delicate fabrics may need backing or a different method; heavy bulky items may limit placement. Talk to us about unusual garments before you buy.
Names, quantities and collection
Personalised names or roles can be embroidered from a list and are quoted per job. Larger orders take longer than small ones. Collect in Rivonia or request delivery, quoted per job.
