Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all quotes, orders and services supplied by Corporate Swag through this website, by email, chat, WhatsApp, telephone or in person. By approving a quote or paying for an order, you accept these terms.

Quotes are written and valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices, deposits and payment terms are as stated on your quote. Production may start only once the quote is accepted and any required deposit or payment is received. Quotes are based on the information and artwork you supply; if the brief changes, the quote may change.

You are responsible for checking and approving artwork, including spelling, logos, colours, sizes and contact details. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in the approved content. You confirm that you own or are authorised to use all logos, images, text and trademarks you supply, and you indemnify us against claims arising from their use. Design or artwork preparation is quoted separately.

Colours may differ slightly between screen, proof and final product, and between production batches, materials and print or embroidery methods. Natural variation in fabrics, substrates and finishes is normal and does not by itself constitute a defect. Tell us in advance if exact colour matching is critical.

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Same-day, 24-hour, rush or overnight work is subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. We will tell you promptly if we expect a delay.

Changes are easiest before production starts. Once production has begun or materials have been ordered or customised for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may attract charges for work done and materials committed. Custom and personalised goods are generally not returnable unless they are faulty or not as agreed.

Collect orders from our Rivonia shop once we confirm they are ready. Delivery is arranged on request and quoted per job. Risk in the goods passes to you on collection or on delivery to the address you give. Please inspect goods on collection or delivery and report any problem promptly.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or missed events. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
