Embroidery needs a stitch file before sewing can start. On a same-day job we digitise your logo first, run a check, then stitch your garments. A clean, bold logo with few colours digitises fastest. If you have ordered from us before, we already hold your stitch file, which saves time on reorders.

Small to medium runs of left-chest logos on golf shirts, cap fronts and jackets are the most realistic for same-day. Large back designs, many thread colours, mixed garments or names per item take longer. If your job is too big for one day, we can stitch part of it first so your team has what it needs, and finish the rest next day.
