What to include for an accurate quote
The more specific the brief, the fewer follow-up questions. Useful details by job type:
- Apparel and uniforms: garment type, quantity, size split if known, colours, print or embroidery positions and logo.
- Gifts and promotional items: product ideas, quantity, branding method and whether items are for staff, clients or an event.
- Print and packaging: finished size, paper or board, quantity, number of colours, finishing and artwork status.
- Banners, displays and signage: dimensions, material, indoor or outdoor use, and whether installation is needed.
Always add your deadline and whether you will collect or need delivery quoted.
Uploading your artwork
The form accepts PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF, PSD, CDR and ZIP files, up to 5 files of 25 MB each. Vector files are ideal for logos. If you only have a low-resolution image, upload it anyway and we will advise whether it can be used or needs to be redrawn. See the artwork guidelines for details.
What happens after you submit
We review your brief and reply with a written quote or with questions where details are missing. Fast turnaround, where requested, is confirmed on the quote and is subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. Production begins only after you approve the quote, artwork and payment as stated on it.

Is there a cost to request a quote?
Requesting a quote is how we begin every job. We will confirm any costs, such as design time, before they are incurred.
Can I request a quote through WhatsApp or chat?
Yes. You can use the form, on-site chat or WhatsApp. The form is best when you have artwork to upload.
What if I do not know exact quantities?
Give us a range or the number of people or events involved. We can quote at different quantities so you can compare.
Can I change my order after quoting?
Changes are easiest before artwork is approved and production starts. Tell us as soon as anything changes so we can update the quote.
